I would highly recommend Wyatt Johnson to anyone selling their home. He made the process so fast and easy, it seemed to good to be true. He gave my Mom a fair, honest price on her home and covered all of the closing costs. While other potential buyers tried to undercut the value of my Mom’s house, Wyatt started with fair market value and an offer she could accept the day he looked at it. He took the stress my Mom felt about selling the house right off of her shoulders. Less than two weeks later she closed on the house. It was an awesome experience for my Mom. I worked with Wyatt buying my house to flip it. There was illness in the family and couldn’t afford to pay some one to fix it up to sell. So Wyatt bought our house. He was very intelligent, honest, has integrity and tried to do everything he could to make it a smooth transition. He even had us meet with his lawyer in case we had any questions. After coming to an agreement on the deal everything was very quick and easy. Wyatt did everything he said he would and I never had a second thought about my decision to work with him. I inherited a house that was in rough shape and after working on it for a while I decided I didn’t have enough time to fix the whole thing up.
